A respected and well established family run M&E Building Services Contractor in the West Midland with a strong, loyal client base are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their successful team, due to an increase in workloads.

This is a great opportunity to join a company that has a fantastic local base of projects, with the majority being located right here in the West Midlands. This role offers the opportunity to be working on both public and private sector projects including hospitals, education and commercial work. As a company, my client has a healthy order book moving forward with new projects coming through.

As the successful Mechanical Project Manager, you must be able to communicate well at all levels and be able to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for the full project management on HVAC installation projects from start through to completion, taking full ownership of each project. Duties will include programming of works, updating reports where required, site meetings, full control of labour, purchasing materials ensuring within budget, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on site and working closely with commercial, estimating and other departments. Projects you will be working on will initially be hospitals predominantly and education projects, ranging in value up to 1m +.
