Clinical Lead

Salary: £41,184 - £43,056 Per Annum  + £1.00 Bonus Enhancements

Location: Walsall, West Midlands

Hours: 36, Largely clinical with allocated supernumerary

HCR has partnered with a reputable provider to lead the search for a Clinical Lead (RGN/Adult Nurse) with an active NMC PIN. The Clinical Lead will possess excellent communication skills, extensive clinical knowledge, and strong competency in all aspects of clinical delivery. The ideal Clinical Lead will already have experience working in a nursing home setting.

Clinical Lead Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home.

  • Uphold high standards of care, ensuring all residents receive compassionate and quality support.

  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

  • Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance care and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security, handling sensitive information responsibly.

  • Keep accurate records and documentation, ensuring clear and up-to-date reporting.
