We're currently working with a leading Civil Engineering company with a nationwide footprint. They are currently looking for a Heavy Plant Workshop Manager to join the business to assist with their next stage of growth. Heavy Plant Workshop Manager

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working within the plant sector and ideally have a technical understanding of how large machinery works. You will be a proven Workshop/Foreman/Supervisory/Service Manager who has previously overseen warranties, damages out, service contracts and more. You will be commercially minded & understand customer requirements.

The day to day role of the Workshop Manager will be to oversee a team of Mobile Engineers, Workshop Engineers & Service Controllers, making sure they are working efficiently as possible to maximise efficiency! You will be used to standard process within a Service department including warranties, damages out, service contracts, H&S, lead times and third party contract management & finally oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard..
