Responsibilities:
- Overall project management, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Quality control and assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Risk management, identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement, maintaining open relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Cost control and budgeting, collaborating with the QS to optimize resource allocation.
- Change management, proactively addressing requests and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First aid training
- Asbestos awareness
- Passive fire accreditation
