Role: Refurbishment Contracts Manager
Location: Walsall, West Midlands, United Kingdom, WS2 9DY
Salary: 40-52,000 + package
Currently seeking a Contracts Manager with experience overseeing property refurbishments to support the continued growth of the business.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of a number of projects each ranging from 40k to 2M, ensuring efficient and timely completions.
You must possess:
- Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager
- Thorough Knowledge of relevant legislation,
- Ability to undertake site surveys to scope and select appropriate solution to the issues presented
- Understanding of the importance of collating evidence for all completed works using systems such as bolster or site audit pro
- Capable of overseeing numerous projects and directly employed operatives and subcontractors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to produce health and safety documentation in line with current legislation
- Excellent man management capabilities
- Suitable Contract management qualifications
- SMSTS
