CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Carbon60 are looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to work for a waste management company based in Cannock.

ROLE: Customer Service Advisor

PAY RATE: 11.44 p/h -circa 23,700 per annum

JOB TYPE: contingent (likely to be temp to perm)


LOCATION: Cannock (WS11)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, office based

THE ROLE:

  • Providing a professional and timely response to customer enquiries e.g lift enquiries, ensuring service failures are minimised where possible.
  • Communication via a range of channels including phone calls, live chats, text messages, sales force cases, and email with full adherence to set escalation procedures.
  • Gathering and compiling information to ensure all queries are being handled in a timely, efficient manner between call takers and other customer service teams and functions.
  • Provide rates/quotes, information on proof of collections, assist on invoice enquiries, and any other general queries.
  • Administrative tasks: logging queries, booking waste collections, sending welcome packs, customer hub registrations and user support, acceptance of waste transfer notes and any other ad hoc administrative duties.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be comfortable handling calls daily.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
