My client is a leading provider in commercial laundry equipment. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to their clients. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Walsall. The postion will be a hybrid role, working from home two days a week on a Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

The Job Role:

The Internal Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position involves handling inbound leads from various channels, making outbound calls to follow up on enquires, selling commercial washing machines, tumble dryers, rotary ironers, dishwashers and various catering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads from the website, Google Ads, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate commercial washing machine solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the service team to book service visits for repairs and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role is essential, preferably within the commercial or industrial equipment sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
