This nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. They are looking for someone who can plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development, work well in a team to create a positive environment, and build strong relationships with parents and carers. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a commitment to supporting their development and well-being, and the ability to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm, caring, and patient nature.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
