- Providing engineering expertise to drive Continuous Improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Leading capital improvement projects to enhance our production capabilities.
- Managing planned preventative maintenance through a computerized maintenance system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, from architects to builders, to integrate new technology seamlessly.
- Designing, developing, and implementing control systems for cutting-edge machinery.
- Programming PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems to meet customer specifications.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning machinery at both on-site and client locations.
- Offering technical support and training to end users.
What They Are Looking For:
- We need someone who’s passionate about engineering and ready to make a difference.
- A background in Electrical Engineering, preferably within the construction or raw materials sector.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens controls and automation systems.
- An in-depth understanding of servo systems, sensors, and automation.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and manage projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMS/PPM systems.
- A strong track record of working on projects with tight deadlines.
