Job Purpose- Deliver expert personal tax advisory services to a varied client portfolio
- Manage all aspects of client portfolios, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with Partners to provide high-quality client services
- Prepare and review personal tax compliance work and detailed reports
- Lead advisory work, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts tax, and SAS
- Handle HMRC correspondence and resolve client queries efficiently
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, identifying opportunities for training and development
- Proactively identify client opportunities and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth

We’re looking for a motivated professional who is:
- ACA, CTA, or ATT qualified, with at least 5 years of UK practice experience
- Experienced in managing personal tax portfolios, including compliance and advisory work
- A skilled leader, with experience mentoring and managing staff
- Technically proficient with excellent knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards in the UK
- A confident communicator with strong time management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering service excellence
