Role Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, attend meetings, and act as the primary point of contact.
- Accounts Review: Complete and review accounts for a variety of businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FRS102 and FRS102A.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and support team members by reviewing their work, providing feedback, and identifying upskilling opportunities.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with Partners on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Quality Control: Take ownership of the quality of work produced, ensuring it meets both client needs and internal standards.
- Deadlines & Budgets: Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Candidate Requirements- ACCA or ACA qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in a practice-based role
- Expertise in FRS102 & FRS102A accounting standards
- Proven track record of managing a client portfolio
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- £70,000 to £90,000 pa
- Permanent, full-time role
