• Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, attend meetings, and act as the primary point of contact.
• Accounts Review: Complete and review accounts for a variety of businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FRS102 and FRS102A.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and support team members by reviewing their work, providing feedback, and identifying upskilling opportunities.
• Strategic Support: Work closely with Partners on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Quality Control: Take ownership of the quality of work produced, ensuring it meets both client needs and internal standards.
• Deadlines & Budgets: Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• ACCA or ACA qualified (or qualified by experience)
• Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in a practice-based role
• Expertise in FRS102 & FRS102A accounting standards
• Proven track record of managing a client portfolio
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• £70,000 to £90,000 pa
• Permanent, full-time role
