Kenect Recruitment Walsall is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a longstanding client in the Walsall area.
The position offers all-year-round work with potential temp-to-perm opportunities for suitable candidates.
Drivers will work Monday to Friday with shifts starting between 5 and 6 am, and weekend availability may be required.
The pay rate is £18.50 per hour (PAYE), with accrued holiday pay provided separately, and candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving License with Cat C+E, a valid CPC, and a tacho, and be at least 21 years old with a maximum of 6 points on their driving license.

Kenect Recruitment Walsall are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our longstanding client in the Walsall area. This work is all year round and not just seasonal. Potential temp to perm positions are available for the right candidates.

Job role: Days HGV Class 1 Driver

Shifts on offer: Mon-Fri (5/6am starts), weekend availability as required

Pay rate: 18.50ph (PAYE) with accrued holiday pay separately

The role:

Trunking depot to depot
Curtain side and/or box trailer swaps
Sometimes handball is involved, so the driver must be comfortable with this

Requirements:

Full UK Driving License with Cat C+E, valid CPC and tacho
Minimum 1 year class 1 driving experience
Max. 6 points on driving license
Min. age 21+
