My client in Walsall is seeking a CNC Shift Cell Leader to manage a small team of setter/operators in a machine shop.
Candidates must have experience with Fanuc programming and be conversant with 3-axis machining centers and barfeeder lathes.
The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations during the shift.
The salary for this position ranges from £18.00 to £20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a 10% shift allowance.
The work schedule is from 2:30pm to 10:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 11am to 7pm on Fridays.

About The Role:

They have a vacancy for a Shift Leader that has the experience and skillset to manage a small

team of setter/operators and help maintain the running of the machine shop during the shift.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be Fanuc conversant

• Must have a competent amount of Fanuc programming experience

• Must have experience with programming & Setting 3 axis machining centres

Must have experience with barfeeder Lathes

• Must be able to problem solve in real time and lead a small team
