Sales Coordinator

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based inWalsall, for an experiencedSales Coordinatorto join my clients team.

Joining this successful and friendly team, the successful applicant will need to be hard-working, confident and have the ability to develop and sustain client relationships.

The successful applicant will drive company sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will also be required to develop creative and resourceful methods of sourcing new clients.

This is a unique, rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate.

About the role:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients via email and telephone.
  • Preparing and submitting quotes, orders, contracts and various other documents to clients.
  • Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads when requested.
  • Resolving client complaints in a professional manner, and reporting them to management as required.
  • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.

Hours and Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary around 27,000 - dependent on experience
  • Commission pay - OTE 29,000
  • Genuine opportunities for progression

About you:

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales Administration and Customer Service is essential
  • CRM experience is desired
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Confident and hard-working attitude
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and punctual
