About you.
Ideally you will have 3yrs PQE experience of dealing with the following areas of Employment law -
- Contested Employment matters including:
- Unfair Dismissal
- Discrimination claims
- Working Time claims
- Contractual Disputes and Restrictive Covenants
- Non-contested employment matters including:
- Drafting employment documentation such as contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies and procedures.
- Advising on the employment aspects of commercial transactions, including TUPE and the provision of associated HR support.
- Advising upon and drafting settlement agreements for both employers and employees.
- Negotiating exit packages for departing employees.
- Offering support to HR teams of established commercial clients on matters such as:
- Grievances and Disciplinaries
- Flexible Working requests
- Redundancies and restructures
- Director/Senior manager exits
