This role involves working on various operating systems and hardware, supporting customers via a helpdesk, and delivering on-site assistance when required. A strong focus on customer service and effective resource management is essential. The position involves a mix of office-based and on-site work, with occasional out-of-hours support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, including associated hardware.
  • Handling technical incidents and service requests.
  • Providing escalation support for other engineers.
  • Responding effectively to customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience in technologies including Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Cloud Hosting (Azure, AWS), Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V or VMware), Firewall Management

Desirables

  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional high-priority service issues outside of core hours
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes

Requirements:
