The role:
As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor within this team, you will be:
- Handling complex shareholder, director and partnership disputes
- Managing injunctive relief work & contractual claims
- Overseeing a caseload of 40-50 active files
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior fee earners
About You:
- 10+ years PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- Strong expertise in high-value disputes & injunctive relief
- Proven leadership & supervision of junior legal staff
- Broad knowledge of litigation with a proactive, results-driven mindset
