Hours - Sunday 08:00 - 16:30, Monday-Thursday 09:30-18:30 (fixed)
Location - Walsall (WS2), newly built state of the art Warehouse
As the Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsbilities will be:
- Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation to meet operational and customer demand and set targets
- Ensure inventories in the area of responsibility are accurate and stock movements are recorded accurately
- Resolve warehouse issues, escalating when necessary
- Produce regular reports and statistics as required and review ways to reduce waste
- Assist in planning future capacity requirements and ensure health and safety standards are met, carrying out risk assessments
- Liaise with Customer Services to resolve delayed orders and troubleshoot dispatch issues
- Perform administrative duties, customer service, and work with the Warehouse Outbound Team to complete orders on time
- Manage sales order allocation, replenishment, and batching, ensuring clarity with the support of the Warehouse Leadership Team
Key areas of the role:
- Communicate with staff regularly to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements.
- Manage time and attendance for operatives within the area of responsibility and support the Warehouse Manager with people management issues.

- Knowledge of WMS systems and deliveries experience.
