Involve Recruitment (midlands) Ltd are working with a Family owned Manufacturing business to bring in specialist with Factory / Production Process Improvement!
This role will work closely / liaise between the Section leaders and Production Manager to determine ensure best practice to maximise factory output as well as drive the shopfloor workforce
Main responsibilities are
Responsible for Non conformance / Continuous improves
Process implementation / training of processes
Quality improvement measures
Customer product complaints
Assessing factory output / data collection from section leaders to analysis
Support the Production manager with projects
The ideal person will be from a factory / production background and have experience of continuous improvement / ISO Audits / be someone who strives for the best methods and more importantly be someone who can influence the workforce!
