In this role, you will oversee a team of 10 design engineers, guiding them through the technical design process for complex mechanical projects. You will utilize SolidWorks to ensure that all designs meet client specifications, industry standards, and company quality benchmarks. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as in fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

This role would suit a Technical Design Manager with strong mechanical design experience, SolidWorks, and a passion for leading a team to achieve engineering excellence.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of 10 design engineers, ensuring high-quality mechanical designs using SolidWorks
• Oversee the technical design process for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget

The Person:

• Experienced in technical design management with a solid background in mechanical design
• Proficient in SolidWorks and committed to delivering high-quality, precise designs
