Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Administration Manager, supporting with administration tasks business-wide
- Undertake accounts administration tasks, which include supporting with the preparation of month and year-end, creating invoices, and processing purchase orders
- Handle incoming queries from customers and suppliers, working together to find a swift and effective resolution
- Arrange the transport and delivery of goods, ensuring all goods are delivered to the satisfaction of customers
- Assist the purchase ledger team by supporting customers with invoice queries
- Order stock and update information to the CRM system
- Assist with estimates and set up customer bookings
- Update spreadsheets with sales activity information
- Work closely with the depot to ensure the sales process runs smoothly
Operations Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience gained as an Administrator
- Experienced using Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail with the ability to accurately input data
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining customer/supplier relationships
