You will be supporting colleagues and working as a team to provide a homely, stable, and stimulating environment for all children. You will also be helping to develop the children's learning and abilities through phonics sessions and monitoring their progress.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children, including those with SEN.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering engaging activities.
