You will be joining an SME Service led business that is at the heart of the community offering services and support to their customers.

An integral part of the team you will be handling payroll from data input to liaising with employees directly, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing each month.

What will you do as a Payroll Administrator?

  • Supporting the Head of Payroll to ensure payroll delivery is accurate and timely
  • Assist with preparing, processing and distributing employee payslips
  • Maintain the administration of Payroll Systems and employee files
  • Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes
  • Process payslips & serve as the first point of contact for payroll queries
  • Develop, build & maintain strong relationships to provide quality payroll services

What do you need as a Payroll Administrator?

  • An Enhanced DBS & 2 references are essential to this role
  • Payroll knowledge & experience
  • Demonstrable skills with MS Office and Excel spreadsheets
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
