A Process Engineer position is available within an award-winning business undergoing significant growth. Process Engineerresponsibilities include -

Review current processes and existing methods of manufacture.
Work on volume outputs, scrap/rework, quality, safety, and delivery commitments.
Ensure that existing equipment and machinery are kept in good working order.
Recommend new equipment when and where necessary.
Support with the creation of new manuals and staff training where necessary.
Assist with plant layouts to ensure material flow is maximised.
Help to drive continuous improvement/kaizen programs on site.

Process Engineerdesirable skills and experience -

Experience working within a similar role (Manufacturing Engineer, etc)
knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
Knowledge of QMS such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, or IATF 16949.
Be able to use lean tools such as CPK, VSM, PDCA, and OEE.
Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
