About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control Operative to join a growing company in Aldridge. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming EU deliveries to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Verify the identity of products and report any discrepancies
  • Carry out authenticity checks on selected stock
  • Sample check pre-printed packaging materials and components during production
  • Compare materials and products against set specifications
  • Approve or reject components, packaging, and finished products based on quality criteria
  • Review batch records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  • Upload relevant documentation to the company server
  • Report any concerns or quality issues to the Quality Control Team Leader

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in quality control or inspection

  • Ability to follow strict quality control procedures
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Physically fit, with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and bending
