My client is looking for a 'Quality Assurance Administrator' to join theirgrowing team, assist with the Quality Assurance and day-to-day general office duties.

The position is located in Willenhall, West Midlands, experience in the construction industry would be of an advantage.

To Assist the Design team

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Quality Assurance - ISO-9001 paperwork relating to design projects
  • Permit applications
  • monitor jobs and Invoice from applications
  • Procurement
  • Dealing with enquiries / quotes and job logs
  • Look ahead - labour programme
  • Monitor daily emails
  • Any other reasonable requests from Directors

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills / structure
  • Experience of working in an office
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as required
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
