Are you QS based locally to Walsall - West Midlands?
Have you worked as a site based QS before?
Are you skilled in sub contractor management?
Well, if yes...
You will be working for a retrofit contractor who have projects based in the West Midlands.
This a hybrid role, so you will be required to work on site 2 - 3 times a week.
We are open to working with QS candidates who have worked in any build/construction sectors before.
Your primary functions include, sub contractor management and financial forecasting, reporting directly into SQS.
You will be paid up to £60,000 plus £4800 car allowance
