As a Senior Social Worker, you will:Conduct initial assessments and Section 47 investigations to determine risk levels.Work closely with families, schools, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies.Provide expert guidance to social workers and contribute to complex case decisions.Ensure timely and effective interventions to protect vulnerable children.Keep accurate records and follow statutory safeguarding policies.

What You Need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Registration with Social Care England.Experience in child protection, assessments, and multi-agency collaboration.Strong decision-making, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.A passion for making a real difference in children's lives.
