Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Substance Misuse Family Court Social Worker for a leading Drug & Alcohol Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Recovery Service based in WS2 Post Code Area Birchills of Walsall in the West Midlands, who is really passionate about providing a personal recovery service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
The Social Worker will work in a specialist court operating within the framework of care proceedings. The specialist multidisciplinary team, which includes adult and child focussed clinicians, is attached to the court. The Social Worker advises the court and links the parents into relevant local treatment services, as well as providing an accessible community based assessment and intervention service for high needs families with a history of substance misuse.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of between £22.92-£26.21 per hour.
