Hays are looking to recruit 3 cover supervisors to work for us on a flexible, ad-hoc basis at our partnership secondary schools in the Aldridge, Brownhills, Pelsall, Sutton Coldfield and Walsall area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms, ensuring that students remain on task with their work, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.Why join Hays?

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 6 months of experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with large groups of children that we can reference (within the last 2 years)
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
