Prospero Teaching are currently seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools based in Walsall.

If you have experience supporting students with ASD, PMLD, SEMH, SLD, or behavioural needs, we have schools actively looking for staff to start immediately for day to day or long term work.

Key Responsibilities:· Provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).· Work alongside class teachers to help students access the curriculum.· Some schools will require assistance with personal care, mobility, and promoting independence where necessary.· Support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development in the classroom.· Help implement individual learning plans and provide pastoral care.

Requirements:· Previous experience supporting students with SEN, particularly ASD, PMLD, SEMH, SLD, or behaviour.· A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach to working with children.· Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions from teachers and school staff.· A flexible, proactive attitude and a passion for helping students succeed.
