Your role will involve working in SEN schools, supporting students with a variety of needs such as autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural challenges.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing tailored educational activities.
- Provide individualised or small group support to students.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
