Our focus is on supporting both educators and educational institutions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for students.Role Overview:As a SEND Teacher working on a day-to-day supply basis, you will have the opportunity to work in various educational settings, including SEND schools, Specialist SEND Hubs,and alternative provisions.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring that their individual learning needs are met.Key Responsibilities:-Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to succeed.-Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies as required.-Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to promote the holistic development of SEND pupils.-Provide regular feedback to school leaders on pupil progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.Requirements:-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)-Must have a child and adult DBS OR willing to apply for one-Proven experience working with SEND pupils, preferably in a classroom setting.-Strong understanding of different special educational needs and disabilities and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools and year groups as required.If you think your right for this role, Please apply now!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
