We are seeking passionate and dedicatedSEN Teachersto join our team, working in special schools across the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced SEN teachers andmainstream teacherswho are looking to explore new career opportunities in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN).Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning needs, including those with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
  • Work closely with support staff and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Create an inclusive and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and progress.
  • Assess and monitor student development, adapting teaching methods to promote learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A passion for working with students with special educational needs.
  • Willingness to embrace new opportunities and develop skills in the SEN sector.
  • Previous experience in SEN is desirable but not essential-mainstream teachers are welcome to apply.
