About the Role

You will lead our marketing efforts and drive overall brand awareness and strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a leadership position and a strong background in hospitality. 

You will work closely with the Managing Director and be part of the Senior Leadership team. You should be competent and comfortable operating at this level, leading the brand and your team from the front.

Depending on the needs, you will be expected to work mainly between our Head Office, in Waltham Abbey and our various locations. The regular schedule will be five days a week, 10 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday. You must have the flexibility and availability to work on weekends when required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs
  • Day-to-day handling of all social media agencies across all our brands
  • Lead brand development and management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all channels and geographies
  • Redesigning and Restructuring the website, to include all brands, and then ongoing backend updates and management. Also including website optimisation, SEO/SEM, email marketing
  • Responding to messages and post interactions and increasing visibility on our competitors' platforms within our online community
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI measurement for all marketing activities
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes to track the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Analyse data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights
  • Work closely with the Operations team to help deliver Event Production for special one-off events such as Chinese New Year, Halloween and Christmas
  • Create Yearly Marketing calendars for all media channels and in conjunction with location management teams
  • Creating, Mapping and Coordinating Campaigns and promotions

Required Skills:

  • Passionate about your work
  • Excellent eye for detail to ensure all media is delivered to the highest standards
  • A team player, ready to support others and work with departments at all levels
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, Google Analytics
  • Solid project management skills, as these professionals often have multiple projects running at the same time, fit it all together and drive the launching of new projects

Required Experience:

  • A university degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory
  • 3-5 years prior experience in hospitality digital marketing and social media
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the hospitality or food & drink industry
