Projects may include education (schools and universities), commercial, social housing and residential D&B, NHS and Care Homes projects.
Projects range between 2-8m in value.
Privately owned friendly collaborative team established for c20 years
Financially secure with a busy pipeline of contracts
Employee friendly, supportive of career growth, with a low staff turnover

Role Requirements

Min 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in main contracting
Stable career history (i.e. not changing job every year) to demonstrate commitment to employers
New Build/ Refurb or Fit Out experienced preferred
Be able to travel to sites in London and M25 Centric
Proactive, driven, financially astute Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager who will be able to manage the full accounting life-cycle of a project from inception to final accounts.
