CSA Package Manager Data Centre Hertfordshire

Our client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in technology schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.

Due to continued growth in the region of their pharmaceutical division, our client is now seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join their team based on a Data Centre build in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities:

Package Management Lead and manage the CSA packages for the data centre project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordination with Stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of the CSA works.

Risk Management Identify potential risks and issues in the CSA packages, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track.

Contractor and Supplier Management Oversee the selection and performance of subcontractors and suppliers for CSA works, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and project requirements.

Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all CSA works comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.

Progress Reporting & Documentation
Provide regular updates to senior management, reporting on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the CSA package, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Civil or structural Engineering or equivalent

Experience working with civil, structural and fit out works.

At least 5 years of site management experience
