Overview:We are seeking a caring and dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to join our nursery team in Waltham Abbey. The role involves providing high-quality care for children aged 0-2 years, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, engaging care and age-appropriate activities.
- Monitor and document children's progress, sharing updates with parents.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team and support parents with child development advice.
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3) and paediatric first aid certification.
- Experience in a baby room or similar setting.
- Strong communication skills and a caring approach.
