Talent Coordinator:

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our busy and proactive Talent Acquisition team, based in Waltham Abbey, Essex.

Reporting to the Talent Partner, your role as a Talent Coordinator will be to play a crucial role in supporting all recruitment and on boarding processes for our expanding workforce, to ensure we attract, select, and retain the best talent to help us build high-quality homes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the wider talent team in the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Organise and attend recruitment fairs, career events, and other talent sourcing opportunities.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with reporting and recruitment analytics.
  • Support all Early Careers Recruitment.
  • Help foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills and able to manage recruitment software and applicant tracking system (Previous ATS experience is beneficial but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Flexible to commit to company and recruitment-based events (Role is office based at Hill Group head office, full UK driver’s license required).
