We are currently recruiting for a client in the Waltham Cross area for an Accounts Payable assistant. This role will be on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract to start immediately. Location: Waltham Cross Salary: £27-31k per annum Hours: 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday Duties within this role:
- Process supplier invoices & reconcile supplier statements
- Ensure timely & correct approval of invoices for payment
- Prepare payment runs
- Deal with supplier invoice queries
- Monthly VAT return
- Process credit checks
- Maintain cashbooks
