You’ll draft Notification of Works letter, newsletters, interim-notices, and leaflets to update resident, issue Needs Assessments form to identify vulnerable residents and suggest how best to support them to minimize any disruption; collate information with regards the project, work with the Project Manager to advise and support Stakeholders - Freeholder, Leaseholder and Managing Agents.

This is a high-profile department where you’ll be joining a dedicated team who deliver a first-class customer service and take pride in supporting each other to achieve the joint goal of minimizing the impact on Residents so it’s essential that you have previous Resident Liaison experience with either a House Builder, Housing Association or Local Authority.
