Warehouse Supervisor - Waltham Cross - Circa 35K
A Warehouse Supervisor is required for an award winning Food brand in Waltham Cross.
The Warehouse Manager should have a strong background in Warehouse Management, in the food industry, and should be happy to work 10:00 - 19:00 including a shared Sunday rota.
Warehouse Supervisor Package Details:
A starting salary of between 32000 - 35000, depending on experience.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
To manage, organise, develop and lead your individual team.
Manage KPIs and report information to improve people and processes.
Develop the team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement becomes common practice.
Encourage teamwork and a supporting environment in order to improve department performance.
Develop the team using a coaching/mentoring approach.
Warehouse Supervisor Key Requirements:
A strong background in Warehouse Management, within the food industry.
People management
Experience with Meat / FISH highly desirable
