The role offers a basic salary of up to £32,000, depending on experience, along with incentives such as team bonuses and trips abroad.
Candidates must have previous experience in Property Management and ideally hold an ARLA qualification or a desire for continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include managing a large portfolio of residential properties, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
The successful applicant must be exceptionally organized, able to work under pressure, and hold a full driver's license.

Our client a well-respected independent Estate Agency based in Cheshunt is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Up to £32,000 basic salary depending on experience

Property Manager requirements:

Candidates must have previous experience in Property Management
ARLA Desired or an appetite for continuous learning
Exceptionally organised
Works accurately and at a speed
Able to work under pressure
Must hold a full driver's license

Key responsibilities included in the role of a Property Manager:

Managing a large portfolio of residential properties
Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated
Meeting KPI’s
Completing property visits and conducting reports both for check-in and check-out.
Ensuring the system is updated and all parties are kept fully informed
Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
Collecting rent from tenants
