We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Room Manager to join our team and support students aged 11-16. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with small groups of 1-8 students per day, delivering targeted behaviour interventions and promoting positive engagement within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Inclusion Room, creating a nurturing and structured environment.
- Deliver tailored behaviour interventions to support student development and re-engagement with learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, fostering trust and mutual respect.
- Monitor and encourage positive behaviour, setting high expectations for student progress and conduct.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and support services to create individualised plans for students.
