We are on the lookout for a driven junior finance analyst who has a passion for data and delivering insightful commercial analysis.

The Role
The successful Junior Finance Analyst will manage the following:
- Work with Commercial Manager & Commercial Analyst to model past, current and future commercial trends to help develop targets and goals that support business strategy
- Working with the Commercial Manager & Commercial Analyst to determine short and long terms goals to develop the sales distribution strategy
- Ensure efficient execution and maintenance of all Commercial & Tactical schemes including target setting, ongoing reporting of partner performance and final results.
- Support activity analysis on commission schemes to help ensure continuous improvement
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support commercial decision-making.
- Model past, current and future channel mix
- Provide agreed external reporting to support all commercial activities including performance vs target details for sales partners
- Work with sales team to unearth channel trends and strive to improve understanding of ROI on all investment activities to support investment decisions and future distribution strategy
- Co-op Marketing Analysis and tracking
- Create and maintain complex Excel models to support business processes
- Develop processes to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Compile business and trade partner performance updates as required
- Monitor Market Data & Market Trends
Your Profile
We are looking for a well-educated graduate with a background in either finance, business, data or computing who is keen to step into a data focused analytical role or someone who has prior work experience in a data focused analyst role.
A graduate making their first move after university would be considered but ideally you will have some relevant work experience.
We need someone ambitious who enjoys working with data and has a commercial mindset, allied to the people skills to add value to a variety of stakeholders.
Benefits
£32,000 - £37,500 + strong benefits. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 3 days per week in office.
