Accounts Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:• Processing day-to-day transactions.• Customer Accounts reconciliations.• Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.• Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.• Supplier Accounts reconciliations.• Process supplier payments and any refunds.• VAT Returns• Inputting company expensesAccounting Supervisor Manager Skills required:• Supervision and team leadership skills• Managing processes• Attention to detail• General math skills• Accounting skills• Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE.• Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines• Confidentiality and trustworthiness• Data entry management• Excellent communication skillsDue to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
