Our client in Walton-On-Thames is seeking a handyperson with multi-trade skills for a one-month contract to prepare an apartment for the next tenant. The role involves re-active maintenance tasks in tenanted properties, including repairs and general maintenance. Candidates must have their own van and tools, and experience is required for this position. The job may extend beyond one month, but candidates must reside locally. The salary is not specified, but the ideal candidate should be hard-working, reliable, and possess good customer service skills.

Our client provides asset and property management services to the rental apartment sector in Walton-On-Thames. They are looking for a handyperson with multi-trade style skills to assist them for 1 month taking an apartment from the state of move out ready for the next tenant to move in. Also, you be carrying out re-active maintenance tasks such as repairs in tenanted properties. Must have own van & tools, experience, this a 1 x month contract, could be longer, must live local to Walton-On-Thames.

Duties will include property repairs and general maintenance such as (this is not an exhaustive list);

Re-active maintenance
