Office Manager - 6 month contract initially
Our client is seeking a confident and commercially minded person with experience or a bachelor’s degree to strengthen aspects of our establish their business.
This is an opportunity to join a friendly team and experience how a business is run from the sharp end, you will be trained and will join a successful team. They are offering a six-month initial contract with the possibility of an extension.
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented person and you will gain experience dealing with sales and various customer processes, providing accurate pre-contract information and ensuring high standards of integrity are met. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent phone etiquette, and strong clerical skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing enquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Dealing with sales enquiries throughout the entire process from initial enquiry to installation.
Ensure that returned rental agreements and accompanying documents are accurately completed.
Answering existing customer queries such as service requests, equipment changes or pricing adjustments.
Applying our staged debt aging policies.
Display a high level of competence and integrity in all matters.
Using Outlook, Word, Excel, Access Database, and SharePoint for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Participate in any other areas deemed necessary including visiting client sites and training staff members on product use.
