Shift Pattern:

• Full or Part time
• 15h / M-F / 9-5

Skills/Experience:

• Postholder will run Pulmonary Rehabilitation courses in line with National Accreditation - this including the benefits of exercise/pathology of lung conditions/anatomy of the lungs/breathlessness management/chest clearance/stress management/respiratory medications/signs and symptoms of an exacerbation. Experience of working within the community setting is required.
• Community based
• Need to be qualified not necessarily Post Grad
• System one desirable but not essential
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Must be self motivated and aspirational, be able to assess in an effective and timely manner in a rapid paced environment. Pathways will support early recognition of deterioration with appropriate escalation processes in place to maintain patient safety
• Support will be provided to enhance operational management skills and the post holder will contribute to service planning, development and teaching
