This established demolition specialist contractor is actively seeking a talented and driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. As a Project QS, you’ll take ownership of managing financial and contractual aspects of projects valued between £250k and £8m, spanning demolition, enabling works, structural alterations, and remediation.
You will work on exciting and technically complex projects in a supportive environment, collaborating closely with the senior commercial team to optimise profitability and deliver top-tier results. You’ll split your time between the Weybridge office and project sites, ensuring a hands-on approach to cost management, valuations, and final accounts while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors alike.

Requirements & Rewards – What You Give & What You Get Back
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you should have:
- A strong foundation in Quantity Surveying with minimum 5 years of experience in industry. This experience does not need to be specific to Demo and can be from sub or main contracting background.
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
